    DC4 Tip

Hi to any other DC4 users out there.  I thought that I would pass this tip on to help you get consistent results with the DC4.  In common with some dslrs, the sensor is able to be affected by light coming through the eyepiece.  If you are shooting a subject, and have the sun at your back, if you allow the sunlight to fall on the eyepiece the exposure will be way off.  This can occur when if, like me, you pull your head away from the eyepiece when taking the shot.  Either keep your head near the eyepiece to shade it, wear a hat with a skip or brim and keep the shadow of it over the eyepiece, or shade the eyepiece with your hand, making sure not to touch it, which would induce shake.  By taking a little care you can ensure consistency in your exposures.

    Cheers,

    Jon

I have also found this problem.  I have actually seen am image of the sun and optic path on some photos with the DC4.
